These Terms and Conditions apply to all plumbing and trade services provided by Dietrich Plumbing (ABN: 13 858 279 269) to the client. By engaging our services, requesting a quotation, or allowing work to proceed, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We provide plumbing and related trade services in accordance with Australian Standards, relevant building codes, and industry best practice. All work is carried out based on information available at the time of inspection. Some issues may only become apparent once work has commenced.
You agree to provide clear, safe, and reasonable access to the property and work areas. If access is restricted, unsafe, or delayed, additional charges may apply.

If additional work is required due to unforeseen circumstances, hidden defects, or changes requested by you, this work will be charged in addition to the original quote or estimate.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.
To the extent permitted by law:
You acknowledge that some plumbing work may involve risks, including damage to existing pipes, fixtures, or surrounding areas. All reasonable care will be taken to minimise disruption and damage.
All materials supplied by us remain our property until payment has been made in full.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including weather events, supplier delays, or emergencies.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state or territory in which the services are provided, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state or territory.
By accepting a quote, booking a service, or allowing work to proceed, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
